Coming off a great win, the boys have a very tough month ahead:
Dogs = 4 - 0
Hawks = 4 - 0
Saints = 2 - 2
Cats = 4 - 0

Time to see how good we really are. Go Tigers !!

:( That's tough, but at least we go in with some form and confidence, I think we are a chance against Dogs for starters...

Win one of those and I'll be stoked.

Win 2 of those and the footy world will be say 'What the?'

Win 3 and Browny will probably get injured.

Win 4 and, due to my luck, I'll probably be struck down by lighting while taking photos of a flying black pig landing on Jennifer Hawkins naked mutt.

someone is going to upset one or some of those teams. why not us :D i remember in 2001 the cats were flying undefeated and we smacked them at the dome in about round 8. hope springs eternal.

Exactly, keep the heads up and work like hell in every game and you just never know. :thumbsu:

Hawthorn are soft. They must start winning contested possessions.
Teams who play them 1 on 1 all over the ground will smash them. Hawks are SOFT.

Tambling = Franklin until 1 of them win a flag. Buddy has done nothing yet. As well as Hawthorn have also done nothing. No flags for either player. Hawks have not won a flag, so until they do Hawks = Richmond.

Tambling and Richmond will win 1 first before Franklin and Hawks. :thumbsu:

We will be too tough for the Dogs! :thumbsu: :)

bulldogs - need to control the midfield and stop them moving the ball to their forwards like bombers did. forwards need to take advantage of small backline
Hawks - stop franklin, numbers behind the ball to frustrate, play ugly.
Saints - will use taggers on foley, midfield will struggle so need loose an in defense and are hard tackling
Cats - as above, control the pace and slow the game

I'm afraid that the Hawks will thrash us and we'll lose the confidence and it'll all get sour from there.

Must be good against the Doggies, hopefully a win.

Cats and Hawks = :eek:

LOL @ The Dice Man

I think the Saints, and to a lesser extent the Dogs were exposed by Essendon in regards to pace throught the midfield and half back. If we can use this I think we are a fair show. Probably the same for Hawthorn, but have to be hard at the contest and go 1 on 1.

Geelong is the bug one, but hey, not many people picked us to beat Freo over there.

I must admit, the next month has me worried.

Not so much about the team, or the results, but the reaction to the results.

4 losses, even if Richmond show promise and reasonable levels of quality will have the ferals around here baying for the blood of their target(s) de jour again..Even 1 win wont shut them up.

I don't care about the supporters of other teams, it's the Richmond 'supporters' who never seem to have a good word to say about the club, and cover their whining in pathetic claims about how they've supported the club for X years so they're allowed to complain...incessantly.

Notice how after a win they're all claiming it was because we dropped one or two from their hitlist, conveniently ignoring the fact that there are another half dozen players ( not to mention the coach/football manager/etc ) who they said had to go, but who stood up and got us there...They can always be targeted again after the next loss after all.

Dogs and Saints we can win, and hopefully will.

Hawks and Cats we can, but we won't.

Dogs and Saints are our best chances, but they are at Telstra. We really need to win this week. I think we can do fairly well against the Hawks at G in front of a big crowd. The Cats will be the toughest though. We have to be competitive
