TPG Installation Process

I cant answer your questions but I've been with TPG a while now and not had any problems that I can think of. Very good value for money per GB if things all run smoothly.

The best place to check out more detailed information with regards to anything to do with ISP's and the like would be www.whirlpool.net.au

Check the discussion forum in there and then the TPG sub section. More technically minded people available over there that could help you out.

Yeah, calling TPG is a waste of time.

If you PM the TPG reps on Whirlpool, they're usually pretty prompt and helpful.

I called them up - accepted a deal.

They arranged to have a telstra rep sent to the premises to do... things.

I was at the property from 8-12 as requested - no one showed. TPG says he was there at 11.40AM and knocked on the door - I said the door was open. They waived the fee for me not being there - thanks.

Arranged it for two weeks later 1-5PM. He shows up at 11AM. TPG acknowledges mistake - will get back to me.
