I have some Uncles and Auntys who are far more vicious against Port now when they ever where when we were a SANFL force. Before one barracked for North Adelaide and one for Glenelg or West Adelaide. But now as Crow supporters they all team up against us.

That's because they have had some success and more than ours to date........it happened at times in the SANFL as well on the odd occasion when another club got on a roll for a few years.....just didn't happen a lot.

If we get more success over the next 10-20 years the support will cross over just as it did in the 50's, 70's, 80's and 90's.

The other thing is we as existing PAFC supporters and members should do all we can to encourage others to get on board...............myself I've been involved with the setting up and running of the PAFC Top End Supporters Group from the beginning and we continue to raise money and promote the club in the Top End.

What do you do to promote the club ?????

I was in Adelaide on holidays but got involved upon my return. I've been doing the groups weekly emails and maintaining our membership database from 2000 onwards when we based ourselves at Tracy Village Social and Sports Club as per my signature.

Brian's still a member of the group, we have over 150 people on our email list and we raise over $10,000 for the club each year.

He has had a few health issues..........I think I know the Shaz you are talking about although we've had a few Sharon's on the list over the years........

Re: Marlon a pest like Kane?

I'll be back at work tonight (the nose and throat are no longer leaking everywhere) so will see you then as well as for the match on Sunday afternoon.

As for the group *PAFC*13..........We're just a bunch of passionate Port supporters watching the game live on a big screen with a bit of atmosphere compared to watching it at home on TV. We have a few promotions to raise money for the club and functions when the club is in town (pre and post game as well as the parliament reception) so it certainly has it's benefits being part of the group.

Just don't try getting a taxi from there, you will be there all night!

??? I suppose if u try and get the taxi on a fri or sat night then yes u will be there all night cause in Darwin we only have 3taxis for 200,000 people.

Anyways its easier to walk or drive drunk* anywhere in NT

*not that I promote drink driving
