Its not that easy. Say Total Power agreed to go to your team. He wouldnt go anywhere unless you gave me something in return that I wanted. Total Power > Your team so I wouldnt want anyone and thus, a trade would not occur.

What exactly is your point?
If an average player of mine wanted to move clubs and i knew about it, i'd not play him anymore if i could help it.

The whole concept of trade week is a waste of time as Rival skippers will always be too stubborn to agree to trades.

A better concept would be allowing teams to change two player types at the halfway mark of the season.
