Why does everyone hate Ben Kinnear and wanna give him the arse from the pies???

Was at the game last Sat nite and he seemed to do a few decent things when he had the ball (he did have 10 touches and took 3 marks which is more than some of our guys) and has a bit of height/weight about him...

What would you say to a straight swap of Nathan Eagleton (who hasn't found his niche at WO) for Kinnear... we need some height in defence and I've heard that Williamstown could do with another midfielder for their VFL team!

Nah, seriously would you do that trade???

Dunno really, maybe both Kinnear and the Eagle need (in Nathan's case another) change of scenery to get back on track!

We'll take anything. I think we were offered 23 cents on another thread, but the deal fell through at the last minute, I guess we were asking too much.
We really are silly though a couple of weeks ago we were offered a Big Mac and a small coke for him but we knocked it back becaused we insisted the coke be upsized.
Another lost opportunity - Dam it was a good deal.

Yeah I can see the Dogs wanting to deal with the Aints after they screwed them over Luke Penny.

Funniest thing was Stone Cold saying the dogs would die. They are not the chosen ones. Ask yourself which team gets no home games against the pies, no FTA coverage compared to the others and has no support from the big clubs. One guess.

Let's break this down.

The last 6 no. 2 picks have been Ottens, Longmuir, Haselby, Kozitschie, Ball and Wells.

Would you trade any of these guys for Gehrig?

Shane Birss - taken at 26, won Werribee's B & F in his first year and has played 22 games out of 35 since (missed 6 this year with an eye injury). Exceeded expectations so would theoretically be worth more than 26 now.

Brett Moyle - three years older than Birss but still hasn't established himself in St. Kilda's side. Same age (and size) as Alvey but hasn't played as many games or kicked as many goals. Has never had a 30+ possession game, Alvey has 3. Alvey was all but traded to Essendon for pick 30 last year.

Oliver - 195cm ruckman with no exceptional jump. Will be lucky not to be de-listed.

Nice try Sainters, but I don't think so.
