How many of you fellow Tigers get along to a Richmond training session on a regular basis, or see other sides train?

I ask the question on top of the comments made by Wallace in regards to the skill level of the players. As the old saying goes, how you train is how you play on the weekend. Only been to 3 training sessions in the last few years and from what I have seen compared to the Eagles training, our guys train a level below West Coast as far as intensity and general effort is concerned.

Maybe I am spoilt by seeing such a fit and skilled side like the Eagles train, but the times I have seen the Tiges train it was like watching a pre-game warmup, there is no way these guys are being pushed or punished to AFL standards by the coaching staff, and it shows on match days in regards to the skill level and the lack of improvement in many of our players IMO.

Do any of you see other clubs train and if so, how do they compare to Richmond?

Funny you should comment on the standard of training. I took my young bloke along to the watch training during the school holidays. It was the first time for both of us. I was amazed at the lack of intensity shown by the majority of the squad.
Interestingly Foley was the one player who pushed through to the cones and didn't just loaf after he had disposed of the ball.

Apparently other AFL coaches and scouts agreed that Richmond had trained the hardest during the pre season.

I'm not surprised if we have burnt out. Skill level isn't as obvious because without any pressure they are fine!

This was happening whilst Wallace was booking his mid-week appointment at the solarium. HELLO MOTO!

The word is that the ruck bag might get a game in a week or two
