Training this week

Does anyone have any news about how the Swans boys have started their training this week. I know there was a casual 5km run on Monday, but I imagine they would have stepped it up a bit. Blokes like Schneider and Davis who people say may play midfield, are they in good shape? Any news??

Not sure about schneids but according to an article in on sydneyswans.com.au, nick davis is on restricted training.
