Hey guys

Just wondering why deledio and newman didnt play in the praccy match today. Deledio seemed fine and was boundary umpire and was running and jumping up and down so dont know what the problem was there? newman was the same.

Also i got a bit worried when i saw foley come off the ground in the second half of the praccy match. Looked very sore between the legs in the groin area and just wondering what the matter was there?

Probably got the short straws.

To those that attend Richmond's training sessions, how is Mark Coughlan training ?? Does he look to have overcome his knee problems and do you think he is on track to get back to his best form this year ??

As cogs is my favourite player, i have been watching him closely over the pre season to see if there is a chance of him returning to his best. If anyone can get back to their best after the injuries he's had, it'll be cogs.

But anyway, getting back to todays training session, the tiges played two quarters of a practice match and cogs came on for about three 5 minute bursts and then came back off. He was moving well and got a few touches and looked promising. (At one stage i also saw him have a go at JON for not kicking it to him:p) He only has a very little bandage on his knee which i dont think would do much anyway. I am confident on cogs returning to his best but it will take some time and we just have to be patient:thumbsu:

I think most who have seen Cogs lately will agree his upper body development is outstanding. I'd hate to get a shirtfront from him or even worse a sandwich between him and lids:eek:
