When I was a kid my dad called them monkey nuts. Can remember sitting on the concrete path cracking them with a hammer.

Like any dad, Bobby’s focus is his family. That’s only been heightened by the way things have been portrayed lately, both in the media and, at times, even here.

If we get some games out of him later in the year, great. If not, reset, draw a line under it, and go again in 2027, which feels like the more realistic path

Another year out of the game makes it tough but we know he is talented enough.

Clubs should be able to carve out players contracts from the cap when they are not in a position to fulfil their obligations. I’m all for supporting players don’t get me wrong, I think there is a way of supporting the Club and the player.
