Just wondering if anyone can help me with an MS Access problem I have. At work there's this database that I have had on my computer, but recently some operations have shifted and the person in charge of this database is at another office. I need to get the database from my computer to their computer, but it seems to be a horrible bitch of a format to transfer. I can't email it (too big), I can't burn it to CD because it only comes up as a read only file. I assume a memory stick will do the same thing.

Does anyone know how I can move this file and make it accessible to the new guy who is in charge of it?

Sorry if this might sound stupid, but are you trying to edit it off the disc? I assumed burning it to a CD, then copying the file onto the new computer (unticking the read-only box in properties if need be) would work. If not, memory stick should be fine, I've never had problems with doing it by CD or memory stick...
