Why won't SuperCoach work?

Everytime I try to log in to SuperCoach, the page refuses to load and I get a blank web page. The URL bar consists of this:

https://idp.news.com.au/idp/Authn/U...s-sp.virtualsports.com.au/?p=loginsaml&m=auth


Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Try a different browser so you can eliminate some of the possibilities.

I had that problem a few weeks ago but not now. Not sure why it does that.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago when I was using my iPhone for internet as a personal hot spot on pc. Could be something to do with weak net connection? As soon as I used my standard ADSL 2+ connection no problem at all. Had nothing to do with browser I don't think... Weird

I tried that yesterday by using Google Chrome instead of Firefox. I still had the same problem.

I tried again today, and it wouldn't work in Firefox, but it worked in Google Chrome.

Had the same yesterday. Refreshing a couple of times fixed it.

I had problems with it in firefox this morning. Disconnected/connected the mobile broadband and it worked fine.

SC was completly down for me from 3pm onwards today. tried several computers and browsers. very poor effort by the HS. so poor that i am not going to bother with SC this year.

Anyone having trouble logging in?

Been trying the last hour or so. Every time I log in it takes me to my personal details page and doesn't have my team up. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hello All, I am hoping someone can help me out.

For the last 2 weeks whenever I have tried to log into the Supercoach site it wont recognise my email or password. When I click the lost password link, it ask me to enter the email address which I registerd with. When I enter it it says this isnt registered.

Problem is this is the only email address I own. It is the same email address I have used for the past 4 years playing supercoach.

Anyone have any ideas? I have tried contacting their support team but have no received any response.

Same thing happened to me but with the 2 month free digital pass. I've tried a few email addresses and they keep doing the same thing. Shattering that it is happening to you on supercoach. I contacted the customer service and nicely said why would I pay for the content at the end of the 2 months if it doesn't bloody work and they never bothered to get back to me. Good luck.

Ok, here are the options:
1) You have forgotten your email address. There is no hope for you, give up.
2) You are mistyping your email address. There is no hope for you, give up.
3) You have been deleted from the competition for cheating. There is no hope for you, give up.
4) You didn't reactivate your registration this year before lockout. There is no hope for you, give up.
5) Your computer is screwed, some sort of virus/malware is changing your HTTP packets on the way out in the requests. Tried another PC?
6) Dyslexia. Send your details to NT Thunder (SCE guru) for assistance.

I think maybe you should go to JuddMagic's crystal ball thread and wish that you had written your email address and password down or given it to a trusted BF member like me early.
