Try Jake forward

Just wondering what you guys think about Jake King being used as a forward pocket. Obviously he would have to be tried in this position in the VFL first to see if he can play it but i think it would be worth a shot. For starters we have nothing to lose because he just isn't going to make it as a defender due to his poor disposal and lack of height. He would certainly add some decent forward line pressure as he is an excellent chaser and tackler and he may just have a knack for kickin goals. We will never know if we don't try it. Better than just having him go through the motions in the 2's for the rest of the year.

Its going to get ugly dudes. We are just about to fall back into the abyss that Spud had us in. But this time we will fall deeper, because with Spud 99% knew he was a dud, with TW, the lemmings will walk off the side of the cliff into it, and even while they are falling, will, still believe that TW has the answer.
This is why whatever the case, the best way forward is to cut to the chase and remove him. Why? Winning games aint the problem, playing constructive, smooth moving, hard footy against teams the matter is.

that's right. totally agree. luckily he's named on the extended interchange bench so still might be dropped. if he stays in the team, then it's a disgrace, it would show that we're tanking. how i hope we're tanking

And his level is being an above average VFL/country footballer, but not AFL standard.

Other things they should experiment with:

Simmonds resting at FF.
Jon in the forward pocket (as was suggested by a few others)
Bowden as a swing man playing half a game off the bench - where required, back or forward.
McMahon on the wing (if he must play I don't want him in the backline)
Richo at CHF with a licence to roam wherever he wants.
Nathan Brown playing off half back flank.
Tambling in the forward pocket.
An most importantly - Cotchin back in as soon as possible.
