Turtle Beach P11 problem

My friend has a P11 that's having some weird problems.

I've tried them myself and what happens is the sound starts acting weird when the amplifier or the cables move, to get it to work properly I need to move it around a bit and the sound starts working fine until the headset moves again.

It's a weird problem, anyone know how to fix this?
