The BigFooty Ultimate Basketball league
(As indorsed by the Ultimate Warrior)
OK, so there have been quite a few fantasy basketball leagues on this board now but I had an idea (that I stole from another board).
There's a core of 10 to 15 managers who have been around for years now and there's always different people coming through for leagues every now and then.
The idea is to have a two tier league with a relegation and promotion system to find out who is the ultimate bigfooty fantasy basketball king.
The "Ultimate Division" would initially be made up of managers who have been playing fantasy bball on bigfooty for two years or more. First come, first served but this the best of BigFootys best so experienced big footy league people only.
The "Premier Division" would be made up on a first come first served basis.
If you finish in the bottom three in the "Ultimate Division" you are relegated to the "Premier Division".
If you finish in the top three in the "Premier Division" you are promoted to the "Ultimate Division".
If you finish in the bottom three in the "Premier Division" you are out of the league and wait your turn for the following year.

Random draft order every year with snaking draft
Each division would only have 10 teams
Each division would be set up as two separate leagues on yahoo with two commissioners.
Standard 9 categories
Re-draft league (i.e. the league starts again every year).
Rosters (PG, SG, G, SF, PF, F, C, C, UTL, UTL, Bench, Bench, Bench, Bench)
Due to lack of time I'd suggest the drafts happen as live drafts on yahoo or a message board draft with a 12 hour time limit.
I would commish the Ultimate Division.
If you are keen, post your interest and your preferred division. This is just an idea and if it doesn't gain any traction I'll just disappear into the sunset. No drama's.
