The umpires on monday have put me off of footy for a while i dont no how much i or many other people can take of this crap. Im not being biest in anyways but there was one or two passages of play where i was about to jump the fence and kick the crap out of the umpires, esspecially when melbourne were two points ahead in the last quater and robertson pushed toovey in the back right in front of the umpire, :And by the way rocca was allways going to be crap because ben holland had his #### up his arse the whole game.

All been said mate as i posted earlier i know guys who cant get their GF to be as friendly as Holland.

The robertson push was there but thats a stupid rule, should of been paid but an absolute disgraceful rule.

What we need to do though as a team is get past umpiring mistakes, Rocca just cracked it after Half time and wanted to deck someone (heard he did) instead of leading and contesting.

Also we cant let sides get 5 goals before we start up we cant keep playing catch up footy because more often than not we'll run out of time or puff.

based on how they are being told to umpire the game all of those hand in the back decisions payed against us were correct unfortunately

shame they missed the robbo one, that was a mistake, but according to how they are told to umpire all the hands in the back against us were correct

not really the umpires fault, they are being told to pay em......didn't one of the more senior umpires B.Allen come out and say he doesn't like the hand in the back rule??

Derek Humpherey smith i think it was said the rule is almost un umpireable as you always need to be in the correct position every time and that isnt going to happen.

Yep I think it was Brett Allen and if not it was definitely a current umpire. They hate it because it puts them in an impossible position where they can't help but be inconsistent.

Surely the uproar this has caused this year will mean its changed at the end of the season, but until then I suppose we just have to hope that it doesn't cost us another game like it did on Monday.
