Here's a challenge for all you 'Simpsons' buffs! This is just an idea I came across on another site. Here are about 10 little known characters from 'The Simpsons' who have only appeared in 1 or 2 episodes. Some are relatively easy whilst other require a little more memory. Just figure out who they are and what episode they were in. Your welcome to make a list of your own with other little known characters. Here they are...

Mindy Simmons was Homer's love interest in an episode.

Chester J. Lampwick was the founder of Itchy and Scratchy

Bea Simmons was Grandpa Simpsons love interest

Rex Banner was some big gruff dude.

3. Ashley Grant - Female Student who claimed Homer sexually harrassed her (Homer Badman)
4. Evan Conover - US Diplomat (Bart vs Australia)
5. Hugh Parkfield - Lisa's future fiance according to a fortune teller (Lisa's wedding)

While we're at it, there's one character who's been bugging me for years. At the end of the "Old Money" episode, they have that list of who does the voice for who. One of the names is Smitty (I think Hank Azaria is credited with the voice). The name Smitty crops up a couple of times later on ("Smitty! Safen up" in the one where the Germans take over the power plant). But I'm buggered if I know who they're referring to.

Millicent is Lisa's horseriding teacher when Homer buys her a pony because she stopped loving him.
