Update on Polak?

Any news on Polaks recovery and how he's going?

Obviously, the important thing is to hope that physically and mentally he's going to be %100 then worry about whether he's going to be able to play football again.

Anyone got any news on his progression?

ppl with PTA post traumatic amnesia often never have the same short term memory capabilities they did pre injury.

Hes currently at 85% but too early to say whether he'll be capable of playing again. Will be minimum another few months before they have a better idea, you just don't know at this stage. Forget about 2009 for the time being.

I think Polaks quality of life might be sound however we're talking elite sport here...would be a damn miracle for him to return...we cant keep him.. for a return to footy he would need to set his sights a little lower than AFL to begin with...I hope he can but will be a long road ahead
