My daughter has a Chicony DC2110 Digital TwinkleCam USB Webcam - but has lost the cd - anyone have any idea where I could find the drivers - I have had a look on the net but only found places selling them.

Unfortuantely after running the setup file that is downloaded I dont get the camera recognised at all. If I do a manual browse I cant find any inf files that it will accept. All I get is a pdf file in a directory in 'Program Files' that shows how to install and run it from the cd! For a large file it took only a few seconds to install which indiactes to me that it hasnt dome what it should.
Maybe I'll try it on another computer and see if it does the same thing.

Well go to www.driverguide.com. Login with username 'drivers' and the password of 'all'. Click on the 'simple' search option and do a search on '2110' leaving everything else as is. Scroll down the page until you see 'Chicony Electronics'. There are a number of drivers submitted, can't guarantee they'll work though.

Thanks for the that -but it was a wild goose chase - I think the one I have already got should do the job - but not sure how to go about it - might have to handball it to my techie type son to work out.
