I remember the first song I heard from Cilla was "You're my World" and was number 1 for a week when the Beatles were not occupying that spot. She was a very popular TV presenter in her later days with her Liverpool accent and phrases like "Lorra Lorra" (lot of) and personal references to her co-hosts as "Our Graham". She was so loved by the British that when she had a large amount of jewellery stolen they took it as a personal affront.
