VB / Word 2007 help

This is not a problem, as its not infecting my computer, but it's a problem because I have NFI on how to use Visual Basic.

I need to add an email link to a document which will attach that document to the email. (I've tried a hyperlink, but it doesnt work).

I searched around and I'm presented with codes like this

ActiveDocument.HasRoutingSlip = True
With ActiveDocument.RoutingSlip
    .Subject = "Registration Form"
    .AddRecipient "abc123@mail.com"
    .AddRecipient "abc123@mail.com"
    .Delivery = wdAllAtOnce
End With

It's all well and good, but I don't no how to add the content from VB to Word.

Whats the step by step guide to simply do this? I'm running Word 2007.

I can help you but I don't know if it'll solve it.

If you don't have the developer tab in your ribbon,( this is where your home, insert and mail and stuff are) then go to word options > popular and you should see a check box saying " show developer tab in ribbon". click that and then close the pop up.

Go to that developer tab > and on the left hand side you should have the program Visual Basic there. You can add your code there.

Hopefully that solves it.

I've already pasted the code into Visual Basic.

What I don't understand is how that code can be placed back into word.

Or does it automatically already place it in there? or am I missing something?
