Blame myself for starting Shiel and Ellis over Kennedy and Bugg, could have gone either way, that's life.
Unique pick of Parker (everyone jumped on, the off him real quick), will miss next week thanks to McDonald. Would have played on with a hairline fracture though, shows his strength and determination. The kids staying in my team.

Im in the same boat. Fing stand alone game last week meant a lot of people will have Magner on the bench instead of on the ground.

Oh well. At least we have them in the side and wont need to burn trades to get them. Whats the bet next week they all score half of what they did this week.

Yeah I should be. Though I'm more annoyed about having to catch up to someone that instead of thinking 'oh magner might get subbed off' and 'oh gws will get r*ped so better not start any fringe players' and 'oh brandon ellis showed nothing wrong in nab' etc. etc.

Whereas someone with no idea could easily have gone magner on the field, bugg on the field and kennedy on the field ahead of devon smith, coniglio and ellis. I will grant that coniglio on the field was a crap option but I knew shiel was going to get subbed and wasn't sure if magner would be the sub/get subbed so wanted to lock in someone i was sure wouldn't be.

Porps had a sublime nab though. Showed no reason not to pick him asides from history of continually getting himself injured. If you were willing to accept that his shoulder could pop at any moment and go in with the option to upgrade/downgrade if he did have an issue in the first 5-7 weeks then it was probably OK. But looking at him today his scoring output is terrible compared to what he showed in the nab and I don't understand (admittedly I was out shopping instead of watching the game as I have to catch a plane tonight and needed some new shirts). I would like to run into porps and whip out an electric power drill and plug it into his skull after his pathetic first half today against one of the weaker sides in the competition. Going to watch the second half now. If he gets subbed off I will be even sadder as my fwd bench will both probably score tonnes.

The only decent side Adelaide played was West coast in the GF he scores 46 from 86% TOG.

That is poor and should have rang alarm bells.
