He’s also a classic example of someone who thinks he’s smart, when he isn’t.
Saying that, I don’t mind him, I’ve heard he’s a “ripping” bloke.
Said it before but the way he pauses before using a word he thinks is complex is one of the great faux-intellectual moves in footy.
 
IMO this is the best thread on Bigfooty. Funny, to the point, no bs posts.
Also, on Agenda Setters tonight during the Stocks segment on Nick Larkey, impersonation was spelt incorrectly on the graphic (imperonation).

Keep an ear out for a phrase that's becoming overused: "I was lucky enough", or similar.
"I was lucky enough to play juniors with him. I've been lucky enough to work here for several years. I was lucky enough to drive to the shops today. I was lucky enough to comb my hair. I was lucky enough to do up my shoe laces earlier" :laughv1:

Maybe it's another thing Huddo teaches them in their media training in order to sound humble.
