I looked at it simply as 4 best 22 players in and 4 best 22 players out.

I then took a point off for Vickerys absence making Reiwoldt task even harder.

Too simple. Vickery and Foley are the only 2 serious outs from that list.
Maric is a huge in and Newman, Conca, Ellis and Morris are all at least upgrades.

On paper maybe, but the major improvement from North has been their team playing as a unit. Their best 4 - 5 aren't as good as ours, but the bottom 5 contribute a whole lot more.
