Maybe others shouuld be in it. But I can't be bothered thinking atm. That was the worst game of football I have seen for some time.

3. Bolton (just let HIM ruck, for chrissake)
2. Lucas
1. Caracella

That was a lazy, uninspired performance by most involved. And the truth is, I was afraid that would happen after last week. It's hard to get excited about playing Fremantle. All I can say is, glad they lifted enough in the 4th to win.

Good God, its almost enough to make you crap your pants thinking about the Old Dark Wooden Spoons next week.

Okay ... okay ... 2 out of 3 ain't bad! Give that one vote to Mark Peverill then! :D

So John ... still don't have the heart to find room for Bolts in your votes?

Stealth, what do you want ? very happy to win as comfortably as we did, good work out, four points, yeah not pretty, but it can`t every week. Very happy with the win.

yea, agree with this, but others today seemed more in line with stealth.

I dont really like playing Freo at all. Dunno about the exact stats, but they are a team which seems to always give us headaches.

For the record,

3. Lucas

I don't like playing them either. Although our head-to-head record now stands at 9-3, Freo have been very competitive in their 9 losses.

Its good to see the boy reaping the rewards of his hard work. Solomon's injury has been a blessing for our boys Jacobs and Bolton. Solly will be a handy pick-up next season!

Yep, carl **** can have all the first picks they want. We all know that we have the No.1 pick going by the name Dean Solomon.

We wouldn't want to be pinnng our hopes on Dean Soloman I can tell you.

Good solid player is he, but we overrate him quite a bit. Can't wait to have him back, but he's not some demi-god, who will deliver us a premiership.

whilst i do agree with you dan, all going well on the injury front, our backline of 2003 will be awesome - dean sollo soloman, dustin fletcho fletcher, mark bolto bolton, sean wello wellman and danny jaco jaccobs are perhaps the five most versatile backmen in the competition. Throw in Mark Johno Johnson and you have one top unit.

they can play on talls
they can play on smalls
they can play on richardsons, roccas and halls

if i keep on going it'll sound like a dr zeus book

Bolton has won me over, like the way he backs himself.

Looking forward to kicking the sh*t outta the Baggers next week....

where's wally?

Well, I may be a little harsh. I wrote that right as I got back from the phone dome yesterday.

I think I was just disappointed in the second and third quarters, both of which I felt were very lackluster. There are a few players who still appeared to be coasting at times.

There were three Essendon "supporters" behind me who perpetually bagged the underperforming Bomber players all day, so maybe some of it rubbed off on me.

This was a tough game to play. American media wags would call it a classic "sandwich" game - that game against a lower profile opponent played in the week between two emotionally charged clashes against traditional rivals.

Anyway, I am happy with the win and think I may have been too critical of the performance in the immediate aftermath, considering that I think it was probably a difficult game to get up for.

3. Lucas. Travelling beautifully on half back line
2. Bolts. How good has this guy got.
1. M.J. Beautifully put Windy Hill.

With apologies to peverill who had a terrific game.
