Disapointing game that promised a fair bit. The effort was there but we couldn't handle the pressure and our skills faltered. kicking to forward targets was pretty ordinary.

Rivers was very impressive, taking the sort of marks that were what made him the rising star.

Bate was also very good in the first half. He will be awesome once his fitness improves to play out four quarters. His best position looks to be floating between wing and forward. His kicking skills have impressed me, as i thought this may have been a weakness. Needs to improve his hands though, just fumbles a little bit too much.
