Shattered.

What a joke of a referee. Honestly Markovski should have been arrested for smaking two Heidelberg players let alone sent off.

Ah well, we played well tonight and we should get N.Marinos back next week.

Heidelberg Vs Oakleigh next Fri night at Olympic Village, get down there!

Heidelberg were very unlucky not to win last weekend. However, that's why Green Gully have always been at the top of the VPL - they always arse their way out of trouble. I was hoping for a massive Heidelberg-South Melbourne game at Olympic Village this weekend but that can wait til the grand final. ;)

Big game for the lads this weekend at Green Gully, if we lose it's not the end of the world but ultimately a win gets us a week off and a spot in the Grand Final, so alot at stake. If we play like we did last week we're going to belt Gully, but we'll have to wait and see...

COME ON SOUTH!

I had a look on the Vic Soccer Show and South did look good. You're right in saying that you'll beat Gully if you play like you did on Saturday night. I'd be putting my money on South for sure.

The minor semi-final, Heidelberg-Oakleigh should be a decent game.

HEIDELBREG - 2 players back in Marinos coming back from trials in Greece and Nicholas Sabljak who had a bout of the flu. Yusuf a concern with his hamstring.
OAKLEIGH - Some bad news for the in that Steve Panopulos has returned to Brazil. Ange Goutsioulis is also out for sure after breaking his leg. Anthony Pelikan almost certainly out with Kakos also a possibility of missing.

Heidelberg really should win the midfield battle, but Oakleigh's 'keeper in Stuart Webster could prove difficult to beat as he has been fantastic recently.

How did Sunshine George X end up this season? Hope they stayed up.

Going into the final day, they were in the relegation zone, however they were level on points with St Albans Saints who were in the safe zone. St Albans lost to Heidelberg United and Sunshine drew against Melbourne Knights, thus jumping above St Albans and avoiding relegation...only just.

We're due to beat Gully. They beat us 1-0 at Gully in our first encounter, but we had several legitimate penalty claims turned down by the ref. In the second encounter at BJS, we did everything but score...very unlucky not to get the 3 points there. Hopefully the lads are switched on and can do the job this Saturday.

Heidelberg-Oakleigh will indeed be a good game. Oakleigh is on fire, 5-0 and 3-0 wins in the last two weeks...the goals are flowing. However Heidelberg is gonna be tough to overcome at Olympic Village...should be a very entertaining game. To be honest I have no idea who will win...on form you would say Oakleigh but on paper both these teams have excellent squads, so who knows.

Hopefully there is no crowd violence this week. We all know the greeks keep on making trouble. Please for the sake of the game don't.

That round has already come and gone, with Gully arsing it again and going through to the final via a penalty shoot-out after a 0-0 draw.

Heidelberg beat the Cannons 3-1. Damianos scored the first at about the 25th with a great header. Few minutes later Oakleigh replied after Nilo scored the tap-in after Acevski's penalty save. Two goals by Nick Marions in the second half saw Heidelberg win 3-1 and sure-up their place in the Big One this w/e.

This game will be bigger than the GF. Expecting about 8000 I would reckon at Olympic Villiage for the South vs Heidelberg game. The game is on Sunday at 6pm.

Should be beauty.

I can't remember the last time Greeks made trouble amongst themselves. It won't happen on Sunday.

How many times have knights fans been in the news this season ? 0 in case ppl are wondering. We at the knights are all behind the Victory. We want soccer to succeed unlike the Hellas supporters.
