Big weekend of fixtures, starting with the Derby, which should epitomise the ANZAC spirit. :D I've taken the preview from the WAFL website, so a big thanks to them for doing some great write ups for the round.

Sharks v Bulldogs – EAST FREMANTLE OVAL, SATURDAY 2.10PM

The first Fremantle derby of the 2012 season looms as a beauty with the Sharks looking to bounce back from two straight losses and the Bulldogs out to keep their momentum going from a win last week.
First and foremost, though, East Fremantle has been stewing ever since Round 24 last year and been waiting for the chance at revenge over its cross-town rivals.
The Sharks and Bulldogs met in that final round clash last season with the winner to qualify for the finals and the loser to miss out.
The Bulldogs prevailed leaving a Sharks team shattered who just two weeks before had beaten eventual premiers Claremont and appeared set to not only make the finals, but have an impact there as well.
It wasn’t to be, though, and South Fremantle made it in their place and as a result East Fremantle has been left waiting for a chance at revenge and that comes this Saturday at East Fremantle Oval.
East Fremantle had the first two rounds of 2012 off with byes, but then started strongly with wins over Claremont and Peel Thunder. However, the last two weeks haven’t been as successful with losses to Subiaco and East Perth to leave the Sharks at 2-2.
South Fremantle won its opening game with a stirring comeback under lights at Fremantle Oval against Perth, but then subsequent losses to Subiaco, Swan Districts and Claremont meant the Bulldogs were desperate to bounce back last week against Peel at Bendigo Bank Stadium.
They did that with a tremendous 73-point victory and now will be looking to make it two in-a-row this Saturday against the Sharks.
East Fremantle loses ruckman Jonathon Griffin as he goes up to Fremantle to fill in for the injured Aaron Sandilands. Last year's leading goalkicker Brock O'Brien and young forward Justin Monaco also go out of the team.
Coming in for the Sharks include Sam Menegola, Mitch Boyle, Jayden Schofield, Russell Gabriel, Corey Yeo and Tim Viney.
Ryan Murphy is a chance to return for South Fremantle after being dropped last week. In the reserves, he had 25 possessions, 10 marks, 14 hit outs and three goals.

Swans v Demons - Bassendean Oval, Sat 2.10pm

Swan Districts and Perth have become recent ANZAC Day rivals and are set for another battle at Steel Blue Oval this Saturday.
Both teams are coming off strong wins last week too so will be looking to continue that form in front of what is sure to be a big crowd at Bassendean at the venue that always does a tremendous job of commemorating ANZAC Day.
Swan Districts began taking on Perth on ANZAC Day back in 2008 in what has now become a traditional clash. In that first meeting, Swans prevailed by 33 points at home, and then by 16 points in 2010 at Brownes Stadium and 49 points last season back at Steel Blue Oval.
Swans came into 2012 desperate to bounce back from a horror 2011 and despite a Round 5 loss at home to Peel, have recorded impressive wins over West Perth, South Fremantle and Claremont this season to be looking good at 3-1 coming into the clash with Perth.
Perth came into the season with such high hopes of going well but losses to Claremont, South Fremantle, West Perth and East Perth that was just interrupted by a narrow win over Peel, meant the pressure was on going into last Saturday's clash at Brownes Stadium with Subiaco.
It took until the 18-minute mark of the last quarter for Perth to hit the front for the first time of the afternoon, but the Demons were in front at the right time and recorded the important victory to improve to a 2-4 record on the season heading into the clash with Swan Districts.
Aside from one hiccup this season, Swan Districts has started its 2012 strongly and coach Greg Harding will likely make few, if any changes, for Saturday's clash with Perth. Brett van Groningen and Adam Faulkner continue to push for selection with good reserves form though.
West Coast's Sam Butler has earned a recall with the Eagles after another 33 possessions for Perth in last week's win over Subiaco. Fremantle's Nick Lower also goes out after 26 disposals last week while last year's leading goalkicker Matt Moody goes out after two straight goalless weeks.
Matthew Rogers, Brennan Stack, Michael Mather, Aaron Elari and Michael Edwards all played well in the reserves last week for Perth and are pushing a strong case forward for a league berth this Saturday against Swans.

Falcons v Thunder, Arena Joondalup, Sat 2:10 pm

West Perth and Peel Thunder meet in the third annual Charity Shield Match on Saturday at Arena Joondalup in what is not only a crucial match for both teams, but for a worthy cause.
The Charity Shield concept between West Perth and Peel began in 2010 with the idea for the two clubs to alternate hosting the clash each season while choosing a local charity to assist.
In 2010, West Perth chose beyondblue and won the clash at Arena Joondalup, while Peel won the game at Bendigo Bank Stadium last year while assisting Lifeline.
This Saturday, West Perth has selected Foodbank WA as their nominated charity and the Falcons are looking for everyone attending Arena Joondalup to bring a can of food to the ground to make a contribution.
As well as that worthy cause, it's a big game for both clubs.
West Perth made a slow start to the season with losses to Subiaco and Swan Districts. The Falcons then came from behind to beat East Perth before another loss on Easter Monday to Claremont.
However, West Perth bounced back to beat Perth and then also won in the Foxtel Cup at Blacktown over Ainslie last Saturday to be starting to build some momentum.
From the West Perth team that beat Perth two weeks ago before its Foxtel Cup win last Saturday over Ainslie, Alex Elisseou and Michael Mascoulis go out of the side.
Peel might have been showing good signs this season, but so far has just one win to show for it from five games.
While the one win was tremendous at Steel Blue Oval against Swan Districts, the Thunder couldn’t quite back it up last week at home to South Fremantle losing by 73 points. Peel will be desperate to bounce back hard this week against the Falcons.
Coming in for the Falcons will include at least some of Shane Nelson, Aaron Black, Josh Donaldson, Matt Fowler and Laine Rasmussen.
Nelson, Donaldson and Fowler will make their WAFL debuts if selected with Donaldson one especially exciting talent who can back up Chris Keunen in the ruck and also spend time up forward or down back if needed.

Lions v Royals, Leederville Oval 2:10 pm

East Perth and Subiaco have created one of the hottest WAFL rivalries since becoming Medibank Stadium co-tenants and now will resume hostilities for the first time this season on Saturday.
Clashes with the Royals and Lions ever since 2004 when they joined together at the Leederville have been some of the most physical, tight and exciting seen in the WAFL and there's every reason to suggest something similar this Saturday.
East Perth started the season with two losses to Claremont and West Perth, but the Royals had their chances to win both of those clashes and they have rebounded hard the last two weeks.
It started with a strong Good Friday win over Perth at Medibank Stadium and then East Perth also won well at East Fremantle Oval last week over the Sharks to improve to a 2-2 record on the season and to head into the clash with the Lions in good form.
Subiaco was coming into 2012 having lost some key players but having made the grand final in stirring fashion last year had plenty of momentum. That carried into the Lions beating West Perth, Peel, South Fremantle and East Fremantle to start the season.
The Lions looked set to record a fifth straight WAFL win for 2012 for most of last Saturday as well against Perth at Brownes Stadium, but the Demons overran them to send Subiaco back down to a 4-1 record on the campaign.
Subiaco suffers a big blow with George Hampson going out of the team after he had 33 possessions in last week's narrow loss to Perth. James Lee also goes out for the Lions with Reece Blechynden, Rob Forrest, Des Headland, Justin Joyce and Myles Smythe among those pushing for selection.
East Perth has struck some good form with two straight wins and as a result there is little reason for coach Tony Micale to swing the changes, but the defence could be strengthened with the return of Luke Sampey.
With the likes of Brant Chambers, Callum Sinclair, Blake Broadhurst and Headland up forward for the Lions as well, the Royals could dearly use his quality in defence to try and shut down one of those gun Subiaco forward targets.
