Mate, the obvious response is that Sheedy played in a few premierships for Richmond. Does that make him a better player than Pavlich right now? Of course not. The argument is that Sheedy is finally losing his grip on the modern game. I'm not convinced that he can't reinvent himself yet again, but are Bomber fans willing to hang on and find out?

Of course we are. We know more success than most teams and that is partly due to having him as our coach.

Seems the only ones calling for his head are the all knowing Richmond supporters simply because he called a spade a spade and said the Richmond game was not his style and likened it to basketball. A true statement.

We have not played as bad as our 2006 record suggests. If we had lost by 100 points twice already I might even begin to agree with them.

I'd say they would, sheeds has a few of his boys on the board. If he has a really bad year next year then it could get interesting. I'd say though that sheeds will leave essendon on his own terms.
