warcraft 3 problems

i cant for the life of me win an episode of this game.

the last episode of the undead campaign is just too difficult to win, even on normal difficulty. this is the one where you have to stay alive for 30 minutes, but i always seem to get swamped at the end no matter what i do.

does anyone have any tips???

Its been ages since I played that game, but I managed to finish it on hard.

The last level which your talking about is f**ken hard.

For your units only get huntresses cos there cheap, quick to make and good. They can also be replaced quickly if you loose some. Spend the rest of your money on upgrades that apply to the huntresses as well as some ancient protectors.

As far as your heros go you have to keep the white tiger thing alive (cant remember what it was called), whenever the enemy attacks use starfall as this wipes out the enemy pretty quickly. Make sure you stop the starfall spell once your other units can cope cos otherwise u use too much mana and it will be a good 5 min before it can use it again, then retreat your huntress. After all you battles huddle your troops and use your tree-hero-guy to mass heal them all. During the attack try to use his root spell on the enemys best units so they cant attack and summon four trees to help out with the fight. The other heo, illiden, is ok but expendible compared to the other two. If you get the chance use his transformation spell, but dont focus on him too much.

Build as many protectors as you can afford and huddle them together, also have heaps of buildings to create huntresses quickly in case you loose some in a battle.

I just realised I gave instructions for the wrong level... The level your talking about is easy if you cant finish that, your screwed!

the game was disapointing, much less skill as compared to starcraft, blizzard went backwards, basically from chess to checkers and put in some eye candy

if you want to learn real rts skill, despite its age probobly learn on starcraft, the 2nd installment should be out soon
