West Coast dominated first qtr yet Collingwood comes out leading.

Too many Coll players worrying about the opponent instead of the ball. We are worrying about where Kerr is, where Judd is, where the next WCE play is heading, we should be creating our own play.

Paul Licuria cant seem to keep up with the game, very slow reaction and some stupid decisions.

Nicholls, trying hard, wrecked a definite Coll clearance but was due to his hunger to get into the play, seems very courageous.

Pendles getting a bit of the footy, should've kicked that goal, but getting plenty of touches.

Very important point by the commentators, Judd and Kerr have had about 10 each yet Collingwood is leading. That is a very promising sign.

Hard hard fought 2nd qtr.

Its in the 3rd and 4th that we will see what Coll is really made off.
In the last few years, we have conceeded those 4-5 quick goals that have lost us the game after a tight contest. Itll be a real test for this bunch to show determination and stay switched on and going.

Strange game, footy. Rocca and to a lesser extent Cloke not having a massive impact in the 2nd yet the Pies are still in it and leading.
