after tonights game we have a very good chance to make a prelim final, we take on the woods and then if a we nock them off we are up against an injury hit WCE and then anything can happen from there. I give a great chance to make it to a prelim which would probably be against geelong.

Take it one week at a time mate, don't look too far ahead.

Tonight’s game is going to be a tough affair,

I too watched the game last night and thought jeez the Eagles will be a bit exposed next week but lets cross fingers that if we do get through tonight nothing similar happens to us as I think it will be rugged.

That was my point to start with, "IF we beat the woods", we face a very depleated WCE side, geez we should be confident we are a very experienced finals side with a lot of time spent at the MCG for big finals games and have no major injury worries apart from kennelly and coming off a big win against a side that just won its first finals game and you'd think the side would have to think like that, in most sports if you dont have any confidence in your self your generally f@*ked before ya start.

Woah woah woah... STOP right there.

We have to beat Collingwood and West Coast before we make it into the Prelim. How I would love the Swans to play in another prelim and another GF appearances, the pies and eagles are no easy beats. On two occasions, they both beat us this year. A daunting task but in saying that, after what we all saw last week against the Hawks, there is a glint of hope. However, my feet are nailed on to the ground before I go hypo and get too excited.

I just can't help myself but speculate whether Swans played okay and that the Hawks were simply awful which enhanced our performance? We need to keep that intensity up and to the players: cut the talking crap and actually show it on the ground.

The Lambourghinis all broke down and the Cortina's are still going strong. Not unexpected...

(If we beat Collingwood at all), WC still have home advantage, Judd, Wirra and Embley as far as I know - they're still favourites IMO.
