We are a disorganised lot. From the President down to the supporters.

The secret of our success in the 60', 70' and 80' was our attitude of US AGAINST THE WORLD. It was re-ignited for a little bit in the nineties with some success.

We need that attitude again. A united to group that sticks together and protects it's own. Just like a Tiger would protects it's cubs with it's life. When you pick a fight against one of our players, coach's or supporters we fight back.

When the going gets tough we need to close shop and defend. No more attacking our own from the inside.

The talk of a bad culture at our club is clear for all to see. We lost our way and we need to learn to be tigers again......

I reckon March has been very consistent and agree with his not running internal reviews and processes via the media. Communicates pretty bluntly and directly and I think generally plays a straight bat. I also think he offers as much support to coaching staff as he can - and as we would expect him to.

i think it was a fair honest comment, as he said its there duty and all clubs would have a backup plan

Yes but do we have to tell the world???

Couldn't he just stay strong and say something like.

"TW is the coach of the Ricmond Football club. We have planned a review mid season and will not be discussing it until than"

Instead we have his comments fuelling more talk at Possible caretaker coaches...
