When I played junior footy for Darlington in the 80s and 90s we used to have to play against Woorooloo, and their home ground was at the prison farm. I always wondered why we had more spectators at those games than normal.

Impressive. Physically he hasn't looked that comfortable at AFL level and the pace had been an issue but he's all class with ball in hand.

Isn't coniglio out of contract this season? If so chase bennell and coniglio. Dream scenario (lots of dreaming) waterman 2nd rd pick bennell for our first rounder and gaff for top 7 pick on trade to gws for coniglio ok I'll put the crack pipe down

I think we'd have to at least add Ash Smith to one of those deals to get it done.

In order of likelihood:

1. Matera - won't cost as much and FS picks make take our next two first rounders.
2. Bennell- simply wants back to WA and Freo needs forwards
3. McCarthy - 27 first rounders at one club something has to give
4. Coniglio - salary cap + Eagles list chances at a flag
