All these threads with we need....and here we are talking up the pluses surrounding a couple of second string ruckman who will form part of some other teams garage sale...WE NEED ****ING NUROFEN fools....if we dont have an answer to our KPD woes in the current group and we sure as hell dont look to have an answer to our Ruck woes in our current group, well maybe we have in 6 or 7 years and we dont have an answer to our KPF woes in Griff, then even Nurofen wont cut it and go straight to the pethidine....thats the bottom line..

Long range tip, in year 5 of Dimmas reign we will hunt ready mades...stay tuned. ;)

We need a couple of 17 year olds and don't rush for a ruckman.

We need a ruckman but we don't need to lose our teeth getting one.

WE HAVE A 4 YEAR WINDOW to GET a RUCKMAN, it doesn't have to be this year, like the defenders don't have to be selected this year!!

We cannot open ourselves up to be shafted by the other clubs in a competitive market!!!

best available!!!!

Chris Pelchin!

Got mail today from a good source that he is very close to signing.

Has a very strong relationship with Dimma from Hawthorn and Port days.

The info i got was that it would involve some sort of cleanout/restructuring of the recruiting department

Reckon he would be good for you guys..bookmark this it is a serious story.

Depending on whos available we could get up to 3 17 year olds this year from GWS which would fill a need.

I am assuming one 17 year old will be left for next year for someone like Collingwoods Thomas.

I heard GC might offer up pick 4 for omeara but the Tigers can trump that! GWS will not want their main competitor GC to strong anyway. I thinj we have some juicy players for GWS to consider which could mean up to 3 17 year olds plus potentially late top 15 draft picks given this year is not that strong.

It would help Tigers do a Geelong like we attempted in 2004 with 17 year olds now and the super draft next year!!

I think the 17 year olds are more important than any other club to richmond including GC in terms of list composition

Why don't we get Brogan on a rookie system like Miller for 2 years as a stop gap as some say we need, I don't frankly, for nothing , and in the next 3 years pick up a quality young ruckman at some stage through the draft etc...!

What are you smoking??????

As much as I hated Pelchin at the Hawks I would take him on our side in a heartbeat.

Well some seem to think we need a pinch hit ruckman for a few years to tap to Cotch etc... We don't want to be wasting anything on that so if a necessity may as weell get Brogan.

I think any trade for a playing ruck atm is madness but if people insist this might be the stop gap, costs us nothing, rookie wage, same as GWS and c cornes I read somewhere

I saw monkhorst play in the legends game, he would be cheaper.

Why is it because he is such a great recruiter?

Hutchie could slot into a half forward flank.
Looked a little fitter than a guy that played a couple of games for us last year...

I still can't believe Relton Roberts didn't make the legends match! He was a true legend of the AFL
