yep, behind the two ring-ins and Murdoch (if I remember correctly). has toe.
Wow im impressed, some serious wheels on the lad. We should not trade him under any circumstances (rumours are Geelong want him in the Kelly deal), will be bloody hard to stop on the lead!

Ryan shitmixing Maynard. For mine, that signalled that this team was different to the 2015 version in terms of mentality and weren't going to go away without a fight.
Clearly the RAV4 and the tree was an experiment that was learned from, because this time it was the tree coming off second-best.
I don't think it qualifies as an underrated moment though. Just a pure awesome one.

That was a good listen...especially the part where Sheed and Ryan were meant to be rotated off, but were stuck on the other side of the field due to play and couldn't get off...the rest is you know what.
(and Shoey and Butler joking/saying Gov didn't mean to hit Vardy with that last kick, he got lucky..)

Yeah great angles.

You can really see there was no margin for error in Gov's kick to Vardy (at about 2:04).

The Rioli 'block' on Maynard does look pretty sus though. Would be paid during the year I think.

While we're on Gov - haven't seen this posted anywhere: http://www.afl.com.au/news/2018-10-10/gov-reveals-he-broke-ribs-during-grand-final

Massive effort.

Just watched the accompanying video. schoeys taking the piss. Great little fun article tbh.
i remember on my 3rd rewatch of the Grand Final why suddenly Gov was playing directly on De Goey. Schoey wanting to be a hero is brilliant :D

wow at that article. Sheed and Ryan were meant to come off the ground but the ball stayed on that side of the field and they couldnt come off.

Schoey was all set for the hero goal though.. He had a lot of space up the middle as that angle shows. Ah what could've been for the great man. :D

Goof thing it ended up the way it did, cause he would have out-and-out cost up a premiership if de Goey recovered that ball.

Can’t remember which Collingwood player it was, maybe Maynard, kicking the ball into Rioli as he was running to cover an opponent. Then complaining to the umpire only to be told “you kicked it into him”
Got my best lulz of the game there, sitting up in level 4 on the 50 & I yell out “but but but umpire, he got in the way of my kick” when he was whinging to the ump. Even the odd few pies supporter around me had a laugh.

I absolutely lost it at Schoeys explanation of him running down the field because from my seat, im watching him sprint and not Cripps kick (was screaming at Cripps to centre it and he didnt btw). Was not even watching the ball. Was just watching Schoey tear down the field knowing that if we get the next kick, he is literally onto the next one and running into a open 50.

I was so proud of him running down the field, then we turned it over. "What the **** are you doing, GET BACK, GET BACK" was probably the last thing I yelled before Sheeds goal.

Rioli spin to give Cripps a goal was jizz

Not sure if anyone's mentioned this yet but Venables did a contested tap-on that pushed the ball straight to Rioli for that play

Despite his low production Venables seems to do a lot of these awesome 1 %ers.

Can't believe I watched the last half AGAIN last night...noticed a small underrated moment in the dying gasp of the game - Howe (?) tackles Ryan after Eagles get their 5th point, Ryan gets up and Howe is lying on his back, is spent, appears to be sobbing, with a minute on the clock, the game's not over, but he knows it's too late...(although it is possible to go end to end and score a goal in a minute?)

1. The fact it didnt rain all day like expected earlier in the week helped our style (footy gods [emoji106])

2. Willies shin bone getting a touch on the ball for a momentum builder/stopper in the first.

3. Darlings tiny handball to Ryan in the last to set up JK was brilliant.

4. Keep seeing Yeos last left foot snap forward and thinking how close it was to being smothered with approx 10 secs left on clock and 3 pies on their own. Phew... footy gods [emoji106]

5. Shueys dance through traffic and just the right amount of bend on the ball just before half time was pure magic and very timely. Reminded me of Sumichs snap in 92 just before half time.

Great stuff

De Goey playing on from his one mark inside 50 for the day and going for the right foot ba-na-naaaa from 40 out and missing.

Collingwood player (Greenwood? Crisp? Can't remember) not only running through the protected area but running within a metre of Cripps forcing Cripps to check his kick and look at the umpire with an even more derpy look on his face than normal. No free, crickets from the 'Was there a block???' commentators.

Bruce blowing his load of Ryan kicking a behind.

I thought that he shouldn't have been allowed to play on there since Schofield had tackled him forward of the mark. Happy that he did!

the camera panning to the automaton substitute of Julie Bishop, clapping her hands like a robot,
her silicon mouth pursed with excitement, a flush of colour in her cheeks as her batteries overheat...?
The one blip of the final quarter. Looked like one of those clowns in sideshow alley. Has annoyed me all 50 times I've rewatched the game.
