I’m not sure he’s what we need. We need a coach to teach midfield craft to our mids (Someone like Fletcher who got a lot out of McGough) And to develop tactics that capitalise on Grundy’s dominance. I’d love to know the Melbourne and West Coast clearance stats when they get a tap to advantage.

We've had a ruck coach for years now. People just didn't know if he was any good at the job so were carrying on to get him replaced by another guy that we'll likely never know if he's doing a good job.
