We need some talent on the wing.
These young girls that have come through playing footy their whole lives have decent skills and footy nous, coming into the professional system is only going to accelerate that. I like that we have these youth pathways.
Couple of years time we're going to have a solid competitive team.
The model looks very similar to what we've done in our mens rebuild through the draft.
