As disappointing as it was to lose to Richmond last night, those things that Hadley mentioned were all true. Jamieson, Edwards and Hartlett are all very inexperienced, and Stevens, Judd and Hadley are all recovering from injuries.

As true as it is, im so sick of that. Our team has been inexperienced for so god damn long. Im so sick of the excuses, i just want to win again

richmond aren't as bad as ppl say they are, the league is more even then ever! richmond were at full strength and wanted it so much!! the game could have gone either way, richmond just gathered momentum at the right time.. i still see us on the up this year. show some faith!

We'll be right if we sit down and look at where the game was lost. In the NAB Cup we were smashed in the clearances and stoppages and it happened again last night. We were up by 25 but it wasn't a convincing lead and as soon as Richmond got a bit more space and their skills picked up they fed Richo and he converted. The midfield doesn't seem to work hard enough when they don't have the ball and need to be more accountable. Richmond had 50 more disposals- mainly handball - so in the end when you've got that much ball and a number of options up forward you're going to kick a winning score. Judd laid 5 tackles and was ok but he needs help. Perhaps they can drop back and help the backline too. Hopefully we can be more competitive next week in the ruck also. There were also a few crucial times when I thought we could have put our head over the ball a bit more and put the body in - they seemed sweep the ball away a little too easy on a few occasions.

I reckon the best comment came from celtic pride: "It doesnt matter (that Hampson is out), we'll beat them (Richmond) by 10 goals+, i guarantee"
Havent seen him slither back to our board recently.
Nor Parrot.

But, every club has idiot fans.
I think hadley may be right...you guys have got a pretty decent young list coming up.
And Hadleys a good player in himself
