Was a 3 on one contest and we probably would have won it even if Rutten left Anthony alone. But you can't pull out a single incident and say that decided the outcome, even if it was the last play of the game.

tonight we witnessed the best game in the world being played as it should be... high and lows and down to the wire.. crows are a great young side and we were fortunate to win... collingwood v adelaide is usually an awesome game and tonight was no exception!

True, but it doesn't help! We've had similar happen to us in the past, so I can sympathise. Thanks for being a good sport. Crows were damn frighteningly good Q1 tonight. It looked like they were continuing the form from the last 2 weeks.

Well done pies. Being at the match was great but watching the game was frustrating as hell . It was a good effort by collingwood in the 2nd,3rd&4th quarters. I thought after quarter time, adelaide would've ran away with the match but they didn't. How good was the atmosphere though?

Utmost respect to the gracious Adelaide supporters for swinging by and handing out their congratulations in what would have been a heartbreaking result.

Regardless of tonight, I think you can all take a lot of solace in the fact that you're a team on the rise who are only going to get better for the experience. I've got a lot of respect for the Crows, a side who has always been competitive and made finals as a habit and managed to turn over their list in the process through amazingly good drafting despite not having the best picks.

Absolute cracker of a match and my respect for your club has only been bolstered by the grace and intelligence that your supporters have shown both in this thread and on your own forum.

I'd shout you all a round if I could, but instead I'll have to resort to drinking them for you. All the best for next year -- although I doubt you need it as you'll be thereabouts once again.
