you say eagles wont break **** burns record. Well you got standards. We didnt make finals in 1995-2002, because we had stuff all concessions and were badly run and were unlucky. Should of made finals in 1997 to be fair.

and you crap on the dockers not making finals in 2016-21. thats 6 years.

you talk about eagles high standards and all that stuff. eagles didnt make finals for 3 years. that was from 2008-10. .


Your team finished 9th in 2021, eagles could of limped to 8th but they didnt..... so that one year of finals. then dropped to 17th in 2022. eagles are bottom 4 or bottom 6 in 2023 so thats year 3.

your team is old and beaten down. Unless something happens, eagles dont look like making finals in 2024.

Of course we will rest at least half our player's with "general soreness", and win the Harley Reid cup.
Then we will play in the GF in 2025 and add to Freos never ending misery.

Its not the lack of Flags or grand finals that bothers me.

Hell it isnt the lack of finals either...

Its the lack of back to back finals in our last 28 or 29 seasons.

Loooking back... Dockers made finals in 2003, 2006, 2010, 2012-15 and 2022.

Barring a flag...

The only minor things I would trade.....

I would trade our round 23 win vs Port in 2014 and finish 5th and even lose to richmond in the 1st round in exchange of beating Port in round 22 in 2005 to make finals in 2005. That would mean back to back finals in 2005-6.

I would also trade a home win vs essendon in 2017 or 2018 in exchange for eating them in docklands in 2021. That means dockers would of got 8th spot in 2021. that also means back to back finals in 2021 and 2022.


So you come here and mock us for promosing 3 top 4 finishes and a flag by 2025.

What are the eagles baord promising? No I am not talking about the eagles bigfooty board, the actual board.

Thats true....

The eagles board didnt complain when dockers had key injuries when the dockrs made finals in 2010-15.

The eagles also should have known when older dockers players like Sandilands, Luke McPharlin and Michael Johnson were aging and breaking down with injuries, that theres a slight chance it could happen at the eagles side.

But nope with the eagles arrogance, they actually thought the finals run would last a long time like the 1990s period.

The eagles fans also think that they can go from a 2 wins and 20 loss record in 2022 and turn it all around in 12-18 months.

It's sad but also funny.

I have been banned from that poxy thread in the main board eagles: time for a rebuild. I got banned for telling the honest truth.

I said the eagles team was old and beaten up. And look what happened. Eagles elderly players are injured.

I remember the dockers 2016-19 period where it was the hardest per of the rebuild. Sandilands, Johnson, Walters , Stephen Hill were older players In the squad that was injured.

Eagles fans laughed and said LoL Freo, that will never happen to west coast .

It's funny that eagles Flogs and non dockers flogs love saying but Freo has not won a flag and got no 2023 1st or 2023 2nd rounder LoL.

Yet... Last season's the dockers team won that 2022 Elim final has got 7 blokes aged 21 or under.

The rest of the side? Allen is a massive spud and since when has being 5th in the Coleman meant anything. Any jock could walk in and pick up a bag over the season, their literally being run over by 50 points just before half time before he kicks his first goal and he's prob not being marked for the second half because he's a nobody and the team is too far behind.

Probably a chance at a Twenty (20) team competition the AFL will introduce a final 10, is money in the pocket for them.
