I was in Perth last Sunday for work, so I went along to the Prelim final (Subiaco V East freo)to see what the standard was like compared to the SANFL competition. It wasn't too bad as everyone over there told me it would be, but it was a prelim final, so you'd expect that. There were some silly mistakes made by players at times(marks dropped, slipping over etc), but overall it wasn't too bad. I hadn't been to Subiaco Oval before and was surprised by the size of the replay screen........so small!! Atleast the seats were comfortable!!
We normally have two screens, one really large, and another smaller version set in the stand. But they've sent the big one to Sydney for the Olympics, and put the small one in it's place.
