What does this run on?

What program does this Fantasy Football League run on, becos i have seen the stats put up after every game and was wondering if it is Footy Fanatic, how to get those stats up, unless they were done manually.

its a program thats designed for msdos so you needa change all this other files n ******** took me HOURS to get it done but i guess you just gotta fin a computer nerd and they will get it working im sure
