Umm actually marcuz im guessing you must be thinking of a different Zantuck???

This one actually averaged almost 13 possies a game last year... Little different to 5 no?
And even this year he's averaged 9. Now he isnt the best of course but would have been a handy pickup for virtually nothing.
At least hes a ready made player, would have liked to have got him n seen what magic sheedy could work.

I'm not sure, though i think if we really wanted Zantuck we would have got him. The offer that Richmond were prepared to accept at the end shows that.

I hope it wasn't anything sinister, because that will just come back to bite us.

Ease up, Pantsless. Essendon isn't copping s*** off me. I asked a genuine question thinking that I'd get a more reasonable answer here than I would on the main board. Darealrath saw it that way. The issue isn't just missing Zantuck but missing deals in 3 out of 4 years. I'm curious how reasonable Essendon supporters see it.

There's a very good chance of them unearthing a player better than zantuck using those two picks.

From all (Essendon) accounts (and they're the only ones that matter to me), Miller renewed the discussion at 1.55 with a more reasonable proposition after we'd backed off 3 days before.

The guy's got some issues though. Loved his work on Mark Williams of Hawthorn, but would rather he didn't go to crime figures' funerals.
