I'm over last week. It was an aberration.

But what would you say if the same thing happens again this week?

Thoughts???

For the record, I think the boys will do what they did in the first 5 games and compete hard and lose honourably.

oh, cummon. Richmond have gotten outta tougher situations. Sure, they havent lost the first 6 since the mid-60s, but Port has been beaten before. And we can beat them again. With kingsley.

If they dont create a world record for one percenters ie. tackles, shepherds this week then they should forfeit rest of the year.

Dont need to win just show some spine !!!

notable that more senior players returned to the team rather than edwards and co..the right thing to do at the minute...wont do anyone any good to be on the end of successive drubbings...a rebound is required to lift the spirits

I don`t care what happens ... the damage has been done .

Sick to death of every year fronting up and seeing performances like last week and then seeing us "taking stock and drawing a line in the sand/senior players have to stand up/bouncing back/showing pride etc .etc. etc.

pffft

The question is ...Why does it happen in the first place ? .... Not ..."how are we gonna fix it next week"

Does anyone get my drift ?

It would be shattering, again. :(

We should come out firing IMO. Probably lose by 50 odd points but it won't be so disappointing because at least they had a crack.

We all keep talking about bottoming out, playing kids etc is the only way forward. Well sadly that route just isnt pain free. People have bloody short and selective memories. Think about what Hawthorn and Carlton have been trough past few years, and not out of yet in my opinion. How many losses on the trot did the Bummers have last year with the same policy? You cant rebuild without the pain so get used to some. It will be worth it IMHO. Besides after 27 years I can cope with a bit more before the Kurt Cobain option sinks in.

We're getting pumped by over 100pts...Blues/Hawks maybe had that once, we've had it 4 times in under 2 years.

Yes, we're rebuilding and there will be the highs and lows, but all we ask is for the team to be competitive, which they haven't been on several occassions...I don't understand how a professional club can do that, its a disgrace :thumbsd:
