Professional bodybuilding is rife with hormone & steroid use, and it doesn't get policed. And nobody complains, because end of the day if they're all using it, nobody truly has any advantage.

The one with the best pharmacist has a definite advantage I would think. With advances in genetic engineering we will probably see some amazing advances made in some sports in the near future but this opens another huge can of ethical worms.
