I'm not saying we will be copying the Eagles but it just goes to show just how a team can transform itself around with a decent plan and direction, it has taken West Coast 3 full seasons to get where there are today which is now their 4th year under Worsfold yet their seasons have an uncanny similar appearance to how ours is going.
Spot on, you read my mind. Totally agree about Morrison and Graham (have for some time). Newman in the middle as the go to man because he can kick straight and the ball hits the player like an arrow. Very impressed with Raines last week and Jackson this week, both should definately stay in now. OH AND as we all know Deledio is a class act.beaver's army said:well id put hall in for morrison bring shultz in for knoble(groin seems to be cronic) and let richo and pettifer be one out from the goalsquare. who ever isnt rucking plays round the 50 and shultz is our CHF.
if hartigan is fit enough to return after the break bring him in for graham(doesnt seem able to beat anyone one on one and put newman in the midfield. keep playing jackson in the centre rotating with raines from the HBF id like to see the return of tambling if hes right but bring him through coburg.

In 2002 the Eagles were 8 wins and 5 losses after 13 rounds ended the season with 11 wins and a % of 96 to make the eight after only winning 5 games in 2001 (they lost 4 in a row in the second half of the season) The start of 2002 the Eagles were considered by many as a rabble of its former self.
In 2003 the Eagles were 9 wins 1 draw after Round 13 and ended up with 12 wins and 2 draws to make the eight (so again after round 13 they only won 3 games for the remainder of the year)
In 2004 the Eagles we only 5 wins after round 13 and ended up with 13 wins for the season.
