If you woke up one night just before christmas and found some guy trying to take off with your christmas presents? I know I wouldn't have much of a leg to stand on legally, but as Guido Hatzis says, kickbox now, ask questions later. I would get pretty close to killing whoever the **** it was, as I think most other red blooded people would. Then, I would get more time than pedophiles and guys who download music. Fair much? What would you do? Would you care about the thought of getting punished?

i would smack his head in, but it would also depend whether he was going to go after my family or we he was planing to exit. if he has to leave the room i would just stand there and when he relizises someones there pop him in the nose, that would be my christmas present, if he went out the window in the same room id call the cops.
