What's happened to Bigpond Guide????

WTF has happened to it???!!!!! its so f'ing annoying!!!!!! i used to use it to watch Collingwood highlights from matches like Goals and Speckys and stuff now it says
"You have to be a Bigpond Broadband member to watch this content"
or something like that.
Does anyone know whats happened? The page on collingwoodfc.com.au where you choose your highlights is:

Which ISP are you with? Best speak to them or search their forums for an answer.

I'm with TPG and it works fine.

Also check to see if your pop up or cooky blocker is on, mine is hosing me over every time I try and go on Bigpond and Telstra is my ISP and I'm a Bigpond unlimited customer! Ever since the AFL changed the websites at the start of the year it has been a nightmare. Talk about if it ain't broke don't fix it.
