Has this poker bill thing just had an adverse effect everywhere? Lot less chatter in this sub-forum now, less HH and satellites/tourneys being played in, or are people not just posting it?

I read that WSOP wont accept online satellite winners, obviously its still early and that can change but if its true, they wont get 1500 people paying their own way in let alone 15000 as some said may come in 07.
 
We're in the middle of a War on Poker. As George Bush said, and I quote:

Obviously the boom is at a peak and tending downwards. The slide started with Jamie Gold winning the World Series. That was never going to be good for poker.

I'm playing just as much, jsut as often on PokerStars and Full Tilt and have noticed no change.

There are 6508 people in the Poker Stars freeroll running at the moment. I often play the one starting at 10pm and that's definitely more than it used to be.

I just got knocked out in 195th place. I really thought this was the time that I'd make the final 27 but I made a few bad calls. Ended up going out with pocket aces.
 
Yeah, I've found myself posting less here. Don't think it has anything to do with the decline of poker, though. I'll be playing poker boom or not.
 
I'm still here

Haven't noticed any real difference at UB - still getting about 70 people in their $100 added each night. I have noticed that if you put your cursor above peoples name while playing it doesn't show where they are from anymore.

Business as usual.
