For most treys in one season?

My man, B-Diddy, has 58 already. If he keeps up this pace, will drop 320 odd for the year.

he'd have to keep it up for a long time to catch my man Reggie...

Reggie Miller - 2,354
Dale Ellis - 1,719
Glen Rice - 1,555
Tim Hardaway - 1,542
Dan Majerle - 1,360

Baron Davis - 437

...the closest active player is Van Exel with 1,331
...no-one will top Miller's record

Three-pointers made and attempted by New Orleans guard Baron Davis through 12 games. That puts him on a pace to finish the season 294-of-765 and set new NBA records in both categories. Dennis Scott holds the mark for three-pointers made, hitting 267 for Orlando in 1995-96, and in the same year, George McCloud set a record with 678 attempts for Dallas.

Not surprising Reggie has so many, given he has sat on the perimiter for 15 years.

What's he average in terms of boards and assists? Couldn't imagine it was more than 3 of each, which gives him a very one-dimensional look.

Pretty handy one dimension. Only Jordan compares as the best clutch performer of the generation. He's as mentally tough as Steve Waugh.

Oh no doubt, i hail to Reggie, a legend, but he is one-dimensional.

You won't find many HOF'ers with such an ordinary record in so many categories.

Reggie is a scorer, always has been. But he is a great scorer. Obviously the further out he gets the more lethal he becomes. Awesome in the clutch, not quite at Jordan/Bird like levels but he is right up there.
